Some products ship from our HQ, others are made to order by our trusted UK partner Inkthreadable. You’ll get tracking for every parcel — and mixed orders may arrive in separate shipments (HQ + POD).

Processing Times

• In-house products: dispatch in 2–3 business days.
• Inkthreadable POD: made-to-order, dispatch in 3–5 business days.

UK Delivery

Shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or DPD depending on size/weight. Typical delivery: 2–3 business days after dispatch.

International Delivery

Royal Mail International Tracked / DPD. Typical delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch, location dependent. Local duties/taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Shipping Costs

Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Free UK shipping over £50.

Tracking & Split Shipments

Each parcel generates its own tracking. If your order contains both in-house and POD items you’ll receive separate tracking emails.

When will my order ship?

In-house items ship in 2–3 business days; POD items ship in 3–5 business days. You’ll get tracking as soon as each parcel leaves.

Why did my order arrive in two parcels?

Mixed orders (HQ + Inkthreadable) ship separately for speed. Each parcel has its own tracking.

Do you ship worldwide?

Not yet, but global domination is in the Bastards planning in the future.
