Returns & Refunds — Bastards Golf Club

We stand by our gear. Some items are stocked and shipped from HQ; others are print-on-demand (POD) via Inkthreadable. The return rules differ slightly — here’s the no-nonsense version.

In-House Items (stocked products)

  • Return within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with tags.
  • Customer covers return postage (use a tracked service).

Inkthreadable POD Items (made-to-order)

  • POD items are made just for you, so we can’t accept returns for size, fit, or change of mind.
  • If your POD item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, contact us within 14 days with photos — we’ll arrange a free replacement.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@bastardsgolfclub.com with your order number and what’s up.
  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide instructions (HQ return address or POD resolution).
  3. For faults, include clear photos — it speeds up replacements.

Refunds

Once your return is received/approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days (bank times may vary). Faulty POD items are typically replaced rather than refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Print-on-demand items (unless faulty)
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (unless faulty)

Returns FAQs

Can I exchange a size?

We don’t do direct exchanges. Return eligible in-house items for a refund and place a new order. POD items can’t be exchanged unless faulty.

What counts as a POD fault?

Printing errors, damage on arrival, or wrong item. Send photos within 14 days and we’ll replace it fast.

Where do I send returns?

Start by emailing us — we’ll confirm the correct return path (HQ address for stocked items, POD resolution for faults).
